I recall you saying that you have a problem with moles/gophers. I have problems with snails, so I looked it up in Sunset Magazine. They show a planter box with gopher guard and I used the idea for a snail guard. | I've had problems with snails from the time I started gardening here in CA. DH just built 3 raised beds for me and he put in a "snail guard" on every box. Re the mole/gopher problem, we've only had on of those critters and it is not a problem for the time being. Thanks for the link. |
