DH and I went to a RL party on Saturday night. We met people from all over the Bay Area, with differnt interests.
I just thought I'd share some of the topics.
Marathon runners and all their trials and tribulations, best sheet cake for a group, a traveling nurse that started with traveling by auto and is now hopping from helicopter to helicopter. A fellow that started his company way back with mainframes, fortran, basic etc, shoeless houses etc...
It was such a fun party.

It sounds like you had a very interesting time. (What is RL?)

Hope someone will invite me and hubby to a party soon. It's been awhile.

I recently attended a get-together with some folks from the Cooking forum, something like a party, and I enjoyed socializing with the group.

An eclectic mix of people makes for interesting paties, doesn't it?

Petaloid, RL stands for Real Life.
Yes we had a great time and it was interesting because it an eclectic bunch. Yet, we found we had a lot of common interests, such as family, kids, gkids, travel, the net etc.
