The forsythia branches I cut 2 weeks ago are starting to swell, hastening spring a bit but I hope that in another week I have yelow blossoms instead of a Christmas tree.

RE: Quote 12/27/2010

The buds are swelling on both of my apple trees. They could be a bit confused because they still have green leaves left over from summer.

First thing here shall be the pussy-willows, I usually cut branches to put in the house and watch them develop.
