Fun quotes for a very cold, but clear and sunny, morning. DH and I braved the roads for the first time since early Sunday. I was beginning to feel 'house bound'. Evidently, lots of folks felt that way, b/c the store was full--especially with Moms and their toddlers! Parking near the entrance was at a premium, too. But now it's done and we're glad, b/c another 'system' may come our way on Friday.

Thanks, Anneliese, for the chuckles.

I sure enjoyed these quotes today.

DH and I have had major colds for the past couple of weeks but we're getting better. Today we ventured out for the first time in a long time to shop for food, but as mwheel said "But now it's done and we're glad,"

Lol, at "Do not worry about avoiding temptation. As you grow older it will avoid you."

Guess I'm not old enough for temptation to avoid me. I wanted to buy every bright and colorful christmas decorations in the store, just to chase the cold away. I resisted.
Thanks for the quotes.
