My post is a little late, but I sincerely hope each of you had a wonderful day and were able to spend it with people you love. That's what we did, and now it's time for more chocolate chip cookies, which DD #1 makes for her Father. It's what he always wants!

RE: merry christmas

Merry Christmas to all. I hope you had a nice time.
We had our christmas celebration yesterday and the gift giving theme was "food". Some Lax, cream cheese and crackers, that's a favorite for Christmas Eve, a steak for DH, some organic potatoes, several types of Brie cheeses, Gluten free bread, tiny meatballs, Eggnog and non alcohol bubbly cider. DS sent a package of strawberries covered in all types of chocolate. And one of my favorites, a huge stalk of brussel (sp) sprouts from a local farm in Marin County.
Some traditional and new food.. And a good time was had by all.
Oh, I forgot to mention that DH got two huge jars of his favorite nuts. That's all he wanted for Christmas.
