Oh, I got home o.k. The dental Clinic is only 2 miles from me, no time at all in Joann's pick-up.
It rained most of the day, there was a break inn the late afternoon, resulting in this photo, pretty dramatic.
It will still be unsettled tomorrow, then a break: mostly sunny, for a day, after that chance of showers returns.

That's a lovely picture. We have some nice sunsets, but the poles with all the many wires mess up the view.
I am glad that you had no damage and get the water you so desperaly need.

We don't have poles or wires in the way to block our view, but our villa is in a lower area, so we get to see only the tops of the clouds -- rather frustrating when one knows there's a beautiful scene just over the hill!
