| Barb was here today to help me get packed and organized. She brought pictures from this past weekend when she went icefishing with her boyfriend in Elliot Lake. I got a chuckle out of some of these; hopefully you will too...
They start out early - sunrise at Elliot Lake:
Barb doesn't like the cold so muffled up well!
Fishing was good:
Her boyfriend is building a house up there and has been feeding a bird regularly. It is now tame enough to sit on their hands. They don't know what kind it is and I'm not good on bird ID so I've asked a birder friend to ID it - do any of you recognize it?

| I think a Canada Jay (Gray Jay) as they are quite friendly and the right size: 11"-13". |

| Although I do love fish, I'm not sure I could bundle up enough for ice fishing at dawn! Wonderful pics. Glad she was there to help you pack and to make you laugh! THAT is a friend. |
