| At NYBG childrens garden...Mr frog and friends
There was also a Henry Moore exhibit at NYBG, wonderful venue for these massive sculptures-they really looked like they belonged.

| Just looking over these again and what a treat to revisit these gardens. Kathy, I'm really sad I didn't get to the children's garden to see those living sculptures! So very neat. I'm really glad you went and took pictures. Thanks for sharing these. Cindy, beautiful bark on that tree in the first pic from Wave Hill. That's another thing I didn't see. I love seeing photos from everyone else's viewpoint. I also really love that second photo facing the trees. I shot that garden looking toward the river. Even though its the same garden it looks totally different in your lovely photograph. Great pics! Deanne |

| The cannas and the verbena is genius, good eye, Saucy! Cindy's second photo showing the large pot on the central axis surrounded by pencil cypress, the large pot contains a furcraea, right, aka Cuban hemp? (Sue on crutches in that heat, wow, she really must've been wiped out.) |

| Denise, Cindy and I spent time pondering that plant because neither one of us knew what it was. Though Agave like the foliage was quite thin (Phormium-ish) however there were spines on the leaf edges.I've googled Furcraea and I think you called it ! Kathy in Napa |
