| A few more photos taken today, which has been another cool sunny day!
This is "the orchard" (hehe) with its 5 apple trees. The first one in front (center of photo) I started from an apple seed!
And here I am catching up with the zinnia event. I bought the seeds last year but only planted them this spring. Here they are in the vegetable garden.
I love Verbena bonariensis with Overdam grass.
And this is a favorite from way back at one of the first Idyllunions: Anemonopsis Macrophylla. This is its best year, but it is winding down now.
Off to make dinner now! |

| lol 'bug, your 1 year off on the Zinnia thing-I didn't even grow any this year , for the first time in ages. I miss them ! I am hoping to get a Colonnade' apple at some point, this is the tall, skinny number (think It. cypress, but much shorter) to put in a pot . Love your photos as always ! Kathy in Napa |

| Earlier I couldn't see these pictures. I'm glad I checked back. How fun to have such a nice size apple tree from seed. I like the picture of the Anemonopsis Macrophyllae with the mossy tree in the background. Michelle |
