purple emperor sedum-it has the floppies....

Hi-daydreaming of a summer garden! I've got some lovely purple emperor sedums (nice, deep purple). They're lovely-and every year they start flopping. I trim them back by 1/3 in late June-and that doesn't work. Any advice?

Thanks!

Don
