Many of us have been busy decorating house and home. We have at last decorated our tree with a few of our favourite things. I'll share a few with you and hope you will share some of your favourites too!
Birds

and butterflies

Bows (yes Chelone, real ribbon is hard to find!)

A dove of peace

A primitive angel

Colourful balls for the 12 days of Christmas...only two here:

Put it all together with gifts and you get this:

But the real feeling of the season will only come when everyone arrives!

Merry Christmas Marie! I enjoyed a closeup of your beautiful ornaments. I got a kick out of the holstein cow. He reminds me of the border that I have in my computer room that is that type of folk artish.

What lovely trees! Mine is very plain this year but at least it is up and done. I enjoyed seeing the special ornaments and am thankful Marie began this thread.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Delightful seeing the meaningful ornaments!

A few more from our house:
Music stand

A Christmas donkey. (There's a sheep, a polar bear, and more...)

Clay doves all around

This bicycle appeared many times. Several times when a bike was a Christmas gift, later when a boyfriend was dismissed but with mixed feelings: "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle".
