I lost the tag, can anyone help with the name of this plant?

maybe scaveola and I think it is an annual?

Is it an annual? It was sold as a perennial here (which I guess it is in San Jose, CA?)

You know what, I took a second look and not sure it is a scaveola. San Jose may have different perennials then we do here on the East Coast. There doesn't seem to be much traffic on the gallery. I would try posting it to the Discussions part of the forum for more input.

No, you were right, it is scaevola. I looked up pics of the flower after you ID'd it, and it is an exact match.
This site :

identifies it as a perennial in zones 10-11.
