Thanks everyone! The puppy is Gigi...a little girl, not a year old yet. She makes a GREAT gardening buddy! The foxglove is Digitalis obscura...a very recent addition to my gardens.

Beautiful pictures! What's the name of the huge hostas flanking your doorsteps? I've gotta find some of those. BTW, Yorkies are my favorite. (Or is yours a Silkie?) Ours is 9 years old and he's still a joy.

Love the planters.... and blues of the anagallis. Is that salvia argentea in one of the planters? I like that foxglove.... but I'll take the dog! :) P.S. she seems to like getting her picture taken! :)

Joyce, great job on the urns! I've become a container gardening freak and your use of plants and composition is right up my alley. Digitalis obscura has been on my watch list. It's a sunny garden plant unlike it's more common relatives. Beautiful little dog too. When is your tour? You look ready. Sue

Thanks again everyone! EarlyBird, they are Sum & Substance Hostas. Yup, she is a Yorkie, Gigi is her name. She will be 10 months old on the 10th of July. flowersandthings...Yup, Salvia argenta...becoming quite the urn hog. Sue, the tour is this Saturday. I am ready! :)
