| My mom was recently given a plant by a fellow gardener whom did not know the name of it. Does anyone know what type of perennial this is? |

| Pretty sure it's Euphorbia marginata "Summer Icicle". It's an annual. If you go to Dave's Garden you can read all the info about it, including the skin and eye irritant. |
