Does anyone have these two relatively new varieties in their garden yet? Any comments?

I cannot comment on 'Freya' but I did plant 'Viking' in 2010. At almost the same time I also put in a couple of Campanula 'Summertime Blues'. While 'Viking' slowly but surely faded away to plant heaven, both SB thrived (in lots of shade) and were back again very healthy this past summer. coolplantsguy as I recall your experience with SB was less successful than mine. Btw, have you seen the newer Campanula known as 'Summertime' Jazz?
Here is a link that might be useful: Campanula Summertime Jazz

I'm sorry to hear that your 'Viking' didn't survive. And yes, my 'Summertime Blues' didn't last one year, although I had it in full sun. I do have some of the 'Summertime Jazz' in pots still, although I haven't seen them flower yet.

I just one and I want to keep it indoors how do I take care of it because I live in an apartment. and there is no space to put it in the ground.

I'm a bit skeptical of the Terra Nova blurb for "Summertime Jazz", seeing as it's supposedly rated for zones 4-9 (including the deep South, hmmm) and on the one hand is alleged to bloom "all summer long" and elsewhere is characterized as a "repeat bloomer" (which seems to indicate a hiatus between blooming periods). And with most repeat blooming perennials, it's usually the first bloom period that's really ornamental and the remaining flowers are paltry by comparison. Very attractive photo though.

After doing some more on-line research re "Freya" I have decide to buy several of this plant this coming spring. My plan is to put it along the border alternating with the bright sunny colour of Gaillardia "Arizona Apricot". Thanks coolplantsguy for starting this thread as I might not have learned about this particular Campanula otherwise.
