I like the Pennisetum too! It is hardy to zone 5! Aren't most Fountain Grasses annuals? I know that the red fountain grass i usually get is...this will be great!

Yes, 'Red Head' is certainly a beauty! Sarah, it is a selection of Pennisetum alopecuroides which is usually hardy to zone 5. The red-leaved Fountain Grass that you are thinking of is a selection of P. setaceum which is a very tender perennial, hardy to only zone 9 or so.
