Im going for it tomorrow at local nursery. Want to plant a screen so I don't have to look at my neighhbor's yard. Hope the 7 foot growth is not an exaggeration. I have the perfect mostly-shade place for them. Will keep you posted but probably not this year.

I have a feeling most people will get about 4 foot from it...but no real idea.

I routinely get some five footers in my patch of ostreiches - that corner has a rather prehistoric look about it. They're really up now, but yellow out and die back in September so I'd probably question a 7' height over the short course of our growing season. Anything's possible, and 4' isn't unreasonable.
