bird poop saga and others

There's a 'humorous' stories invitation on the cottage gadrening forum. Two threads are continually referenced :The Bird Poop Saga and "You know you're a Compost Wacko When..."

They are years old, and have rolled off the forums. Itried several GW searches with no luck.
Any of you old timers happened to have saved them?

I did find one version of "Dog in Elk" which I posted on the thread on Cottage Gardens....

That's pretty funny.

Ida, I think I've found them. Instead of searching on GW when looking for something old, I search it on Google instead and they usually turn up there. These may be what you're looking for.
The bird poop thread appears to be a "missing file", but here is a related thread that talks about it.

Here is a link that might be useful: You Know You are a Compost Whacko When.......

I'm rather pleased with myself in the fact I can relate to so many things on that list. Guess I know what others could call me.

No problem. I've been called worse.

I remember the dog in elk one - I howled with laughter over that one, I could see my two beasts doing the same thing :0p

Hi Nutmeg,
I found that link earlier, but when I clicked, it was a dead end...no longer available. If you actually tried and found it, please let me know how.
Thanks,
Marie
