My first guess would be a variant of I. graminea (a dwarf spuria iris species). Here are two pages on it: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/53800/ and http://www.badbear.com/signa/signa.pl?Iris-graminea

I have been looking for info on spurias all winter long with very little luck. Do you grow this? Is it a spuria? What can you tell me about cultural requirements, how well it plays with friends, etc?
