Is this posted as a puzzle, for discussion or for information? If it's for information it would help to give the name and say why you are posting. I'm guessing Saussurea medusa - threatened with extinction through over-harvesting.

yep, i think that's good call, flora - the snow lotus or saussurea medusa

flora, it is a picture taken by some tourists. People think it is snow lotus but they are not able to ID.
