A plant named Jim

Does anyone have a suggestion for a plant to memorialize my dog named Jim? She is buried in a very shady woodland spot so I could plant something there, but I would also consider planting something with the right name in one her favourite sunny spots.

So sorry for you loss, The only one I can think of at the moment is a daylily named "Jim's Pick".

Thank you for your suggestions (and kind words). I'll look into these. "Which way Jim? could work as we would stand at the end of our driveway and I'd ask her this before our walks. :)

Looked in Hosta Library for hostas starting with 'Jim' and found the following

Jim Dandy
Jimmy Crack Corn
Jim's Walkway

Also found Little Jim
there are probably others with Jim somewhere in the name - the folks on the hosta forum would probably be happy to help (there are often questions related to 'theme gardens', memorial gardens, etc.

For daylilies, the daylily database lists 116 daylilies with 'jim' in the name - here are a few...
Diamond Jim
Friend Jimmy
Jim Dandy
Jim Dandy to the Rescue
Jim Jim
Jim's Dreamsicle
Jim's Place
Jim's Smile
Jim's Song
Jim's terrific
My friend jim

So sorry to hear about your loss -always hard to lose that unconditional love... speaking of which, there is a daylily with the name Unconditional Love

Thank you northerngirl. Can you provide a link to the hosta and daylily databases where you are finding these? Do they have photos as well?

Thanks all. Not as much story to the girl named Jim as you might think. My husband just thought it suited her. I was angling for Daisy, which I thought suited her even better. :)
