 o
Website recommendations please!

Can anyone recommend a website that has reputable information on the needs of individual perennials and shrubs. I want to be able to print out a sheet on each plant that I can put in an alpha notebook, so I don't spend so much time looking up each plant every time I have to fertilize, prune, divide, etc.

I was on a nursery site recently that had it formatted this way, but didn't know how reliable the info. was. I also looked at my local university hort./extension site, but it was not in that format. TIA

I can't think of one that gives every single detail, but I do like MOBOT, Missouri Botanical website. Look around in there for something like "plant finder."

Bluestoneperennial website gives a lot of info for their plants.

Perennialresource.com is another good one.

You may have to add some info to each plant after printing it out by looking at other resources, like books by Tracy DiSabato Aust.

There's also that one site that we're not supposed to mention (starts with dave's).

Anitamo: thanks for the info. I went to Missouri Botanica's website and they seem to have most of what I need. I will check out the other sites, too.

perennialfan: thanks for the help-Dave's does have a lot of info. also.
