 o
Osteospermum-Spider Purple ... White Blooms ?!!?

Hi,
I had bought African Daisy/Osteospermum-Spider Purple(spooned) last week. It has several full and half blooms and some buds on.

Now I notice the blooms are off-white in colour, whereas the flowers are purple.
Is it normal? Or something wrong?

The pot is in my patio, getting partial sun. I have been watering it daily.
Do I need to re-pot? I mean, shift to a new container from the nursery bought one?

Thanks!

This is just a guess since you didn't post a picture...there is a "Spider White\Purple" Osteospermum that could be your plant.

I'm confused by the terminology. Are you saying that the flowers that were already open were purple, but that the unopened buds appear to be white?

Thanks for the reply !
I am posting a picture link here.
Yes, the new blooms are dull and look whitish.

I wonder could it be due to Over Watering ... I mean watering daily.
or due to the direct Sun Light during mid day ... my front patio gets the sun light ONLY at that time of the day.
