Help newbie ID.

Hello all. Newbie gardener here. I have a big, heavily wooded yard that, as I clear out years and years of brush and discarded debris (grrrrrrrr), seems to have had some tiered gardens once upon a time. These blue guys were all that survived the previous owners. Any clue what they are? I live in western NJ.
