Hey there Utah! May be just me...but when I clicked your link, I got your entire photo album. Not that it wasn't beautiful....but you may want to try "whatever it is" you need to do to just show specific pics. (Try Photobucket - email me if you need help - go to MY PAGE to email me personally.)

Most of us (can't speak for all) are checking so much stuff out that we don't have time to go thru all your pics.

Also....altho we all appreciate ANY and ALL beautiful pics...you also may get more appreciation posting this in the "BULBS" forum. Not fussin at ya. Just saying... :)

But very pretty pics from the ones I checked out !!!

PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY!!! Can never tell how the written word comes across when I'm only trying to help you get to the right forum.

Bonnie

I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE PHOTOBUCKET. All I have to say is this.
I am only sharing my pics! I think it not for you to say where or how I should post them, If you don't have time to look at the pic's then "DON'T". This post was to share them not for appreciation or anything else. SHeeeeeesh!!!!!!!!

RE: Tulips

Gosh Aquawise -- I really, REALLY didn't mean to upset you. I tried VERY HARD to word things as to not sound ugly or mean. I really did !!!

In fact, at the end I said "please don't take this the wrong way" in CAPS.

I was only doing what others did for me when I first started posting on here, which was to redirect me (at times) to a more specific forum.

And I offered to help you learn Photobucket. I said you could email me directly. That's how I learned...from someone on here. It's nice when you have a specific pic that you want to post to ask questions about.

So sorry you took me the wrong way and again, I didn't mean to diminish your efforts in trying to share. As I said, your pics are beautiful.

Please accept my apologies. The last thing I wanted to do was upset you. Maybe it wasn't my place to say ANYTHING. I AM really sorry.

Wonderful Gayla! My favorite was the yellow and red double tulips together- such a lovely firey combo! Iris are nice too. The peachy color is my favorite, I am a sucker for any flower that color ;-)

Ohhh... That owl is majestic! Incredible that you were able to get so close to him.
Really loved the garden tour, thanks

RE: Tulips

Your pics are stunning! Thanks for sharing them, Gayla!

There are tons of bulb postings in this forum, as well as tree, shrub and "name that plant" posts. It all seems to fit in and i've never seen people redirected to another forum unless they need specific answers that can't be given here. I think perhaps Bonnie was being a little over-zealous.

RE: Tulips

No harm Done. Sorry Bonnie! Maybe I was out of line. Just struck me wrong, Me Bad. I added a new Iris that bloomed today. Very old one called Kahili introed in 1927.

RE: Tulips

Wow! I love the owl. YOu have done a wonderful job with your yard. Someday my yard will be nice like that. But it is pretty hard in utah's random micro climates. (sigh)

Aquawise - noooo....MY Bad!!! I guess I WAS being overzealous as someone said. Again, sorry & everyone's right. No matter where you post, we all can enjoy beautiful pics.

And that Kahili IS gorgeous. From 1927 ??!! Wow !! That's considered an heirloom, right? I have some ruffled daylilies I'm waiting to bloom that were given to me and was told they're heirlooms, too. Wish I know the name.

RE: Tulips

I think I miss spelled the name of that one! It is spelled Kochii. MY Bad. It was a gift from An Italian lady that was 98 years old when she gave them to me. That was 6 years ago.
No harm done Brit, I guess I was testy that day.
The owls are so fun to have around. They come back every year.
I have several Old Iris! I will add them as they bloom. If you click on the i on each pic it will ID the pic. Double click it and it will enlarge the pic.
