| I have some lavender gem coreopsis that I just love. This spring it came up beautifully until just recently. Now some of the plants have leaves that are turning yellow. We have been having a wet spring. Could this be a fungus?
By the way, this coreopsis is not like moonbeam. The leaves are tender looking, slender and quite long. Also, not all of the plants are having this problem. grandma |

| I think you have the problem solved. Roots saturated with water stop working as there is no air left in the soil and the roots can not take up nutrients. If this is a recurring problem in this area, you might consider making a mound to improve the drainage. Great grandpa, Al |
