Red Hot Poker Plants

I hope I am posting on the correct forum.

I have started Red Hot Poker plants from seed. They are about 2 inches tall now and still in the starter trays. My question is, when do I transplant them.? Do I put directly into the garden now, or put into a larger pot and transplant when they get bigger?

Thanks

Diane

If you have a somewhat protected nursery area, you could put them there in another month or so. Otherwise, I would pot them up in 4" pots and grow them on for a while before transplanting them to the open garden.

Thanks, I thought I would move them to a bigger pot first. Wanted to check with the experts!!
