Missouri Eve primrose will bloom for a lot longer period than Snow Lady, at least for me. It does reseed itself, though.

Maybe the new kitkat nepeta, which is supposed to be a dwarf version.

If it is very well draining and somewhat protected you could try lavender. I have friends here who manage to grow it although it is next to a shed.

I was looking at your measurements - do you really mean 6 feet wide and 15 feet tall? Or do you mean inches?

The picture looks like lavender to me. Do you want a single plant or would a small number of types repeated do the trick? That would give you a longer period of bloom, although flowers are not the only way of creating interest.

Is the pic shown your house? or Is this a idea you were thinking of using. The pics looks like a walkway.

- you house needing foundation planting
- then there is pavers
- and next lawn.

Delosperma cooperi blooms from April to frost. I edged my front flower beds with it. Cuttings root in a week and bloom while rooting. Best edger I've ever seen!
