Brent & Becky's bulbs are currently 50% all summer flowering bulbs/plants. I just bought 9 different plants for 31 dollars total. They were so cheap that even if I don't dig up the dahlias, I won't feel guilty!

Here's the link: Brent & Becky's bulbs

I spent $32 myself last night. I got turned onto this sale last year on this forum. It is great for us up north! I got:
1 Dahlia 'Park Princess'
10 Habranthus robustus(Rain Lily)
5 Oriental Lily 'Tiger Woods' - they probably had leftovers because of the name, but it is good looking!
5 Oriental/Trumpet Lily 'Miss Feya'
50 Triteleia laxa 'Corrina'

Pretty darn good!

I received mine in 3 days. The shipment showed up in a plastic basket. I was surprised. The bulbs are huge. This is my first order they have me hooked I love them. The shipment was super cheap for the size of the plastic container they sent.

My order arrived also! 7 different dahlias (5 red, 2 yellow), crocosimia voyager (10 corns) and 3 kniphofia alcazar.

If it ever stops raining, I might actually plant them.

Oh no. What a bunch of enablers you are!! :) Off to see if there's anything left, or if you all cleaned them out already. LOL

I just got my small order today. Absolutely gorgeous dahlia tuber clump, and the two baptisia I got each had two nice stalks of growth, about 9" tall, nicely packed and very fresh. What I'm going to do with a gunnera, I don't know, but I couldn't resist. The other perennial looked less impressive coming out of the box, but still healthy and fine, and the rhizome-type things look good.

I got some Bletilla, and a Calla Lily that will be hardy in my zone (Green Goddess). :)

I got the gunnera too :) And the baptisia, 2 bletillas, & voyager crocosmia. Something else too but can't remember.
Connietn, I would think any calla would be hardy for you. I'm north of you & they tend to be hardy for me. I was worried this year because of extra cold winter. My lavender one is up, and the white one, I don't see the orange one though. It never bloomed anyway.

I order from them nearly every year, and the bulbs they send are huge and healthy. Love that company!

Well, I suppose they are. Back long ago when I first bought some we were considered a Zone 6, and Callas were supposedly not hardy or marginal. But mine came back and multiplied like crazy. I bought another when I came to this house, and it's coming back too. :) But the one I got from B&B *is* hardy to Zone 6, so maybe it's a surer bet? Although you're right, I've never had one not come back! But every year I wonder if they will.

I've actually had better luck with Callas than Cannas, now that I think about it...
