Outside.

Where on earth is this plant coming from? I can't imagine any reputable nursery saying to place a rudbeckia in indirect sunlight. These suckers want full sun or at least a very good amount of sun. Or is this a blooming plant intended to be used as a temporary houseplant and then tossed - like a potted mum? Kevin

Or are they suggesting you leave it in indirect sunlight for a couple of days before planting in out in full sun? I just purchased 3 rudbeckias and immediately planted them in my full sun bed. They look good so far.

They might do better in full sun but I have mine (for years) in partial shade and they do very well. Are these plants in pots or bareroot?
