what are these flowers?!

I moved into my house last October, and these were growing around a tree and on one side of the house.. This year they have sprung up all over the place! They are growing in places with full and partial sun as well as full shade. I thought I remembered the flowers being pink and yellow, but I can not find anything about a perinnial with pink and yellow flowers. I would just like to know what they are.

Sure look like mirabilis jalapa to me......common four o'clocks. Not reliably hardy in my zone, but often do winter over in protected areas and reseed themselves. They look lanky in the picture as they prefer a sun location but will even grow in sidewalk cracks. LOL.
