It's serene and beautiful! Did you plan that or did it just evolve? I always feel like I should plan more but I don't really know where to begin and end up plunking plants down in a mad rush to just get them into the ground. Wish I had more "vision", sigh.

try taking the pic.. after dinner .. especially.. in those few moments when the sky turns pink ... just before you would need a flash ...

the depth and intensity of your pic will explode ...

you can do the same thing with the CONTRAST or darkness adjustment in a photo editor.. but that is cheating...

thx for the pic.. sublime

Very pretty! Are those pink poppies? I always see different colors in catalogs, but I rarely see poppies that are not the usual red in gardens.

I could never plan something so beautiful either, I plan where to put beds...that's about it. I just grab stuff off the discount rack if I like it and see if it works.....

Are those 'coral reef'' ? I grew some & was amazed they flowered in less than 10 months!
After browsing in Pinterest & I saw the most fantastic, pink & purple flower color combination ideas from the photos. But, some had to be accomplished with very high dollar spending, to ever get like that, besides being in a climate of coastal California, that had to be near perfection... for things to grow like what I had seen. To die for, but we live on & do our best....& you do quite well.

Beautiful David. It makes me feel calm just looking at it.

Ditto rouge.

I see myself sitting out there with a cup of coffee listening to the birds....taking it all in......
