Platycodon grandiflorus or balloon flower. Get rid of those ugly deadheads and you will extend the blooming season.

 o
Cultivar

The most popular dwarf cultivar is 'Sentimental Blue,' though I can't tell from the pictures which it is.

It may be too late to encourage new blooms on this plant. Seems that once they form that many seeds, you can't get much more out of them even if you cut them off. Maybe get to it earlier next year? That's some wild mulch!

If you choose not to deadhead it, and you'd like more plants, it will reseed itself. Watch in the spring for babies at its feet. They can be lifted when small and transplanted to wherever you'd like more of them.
