Here are some Obedient Plants. They blooms yearly and have been heat tolerant.

I do not know. I brought them from a garden center and on the tag was obedient plant.

Be aware to watch its growth closely. It can be invasive unless it is the new one.

I think the pink one is more "aggressive" of the two.

Wonder how it got the name "obedient plant" if it's got a spreading nature and not actually obedient?

Saralee...it got it's name because you can turn the flowers on their stems, and they will stay where you place them.

There are many varieties of Obedient plant and they have different roaming characters. Some better than others.
