Wildflower ID

I should probably post this on a wildflower forum, but I'll try here for the heck of it. A friend just emailed me this photo and asked if I would like some of this. She has no idea what it is, but I guess it's growing all over her wooded property. Any guesses? I think this photo was taken earlier this spring.

Thank you. I think you're correct. I thought these only came in white, but there is a pink variety.

Wow, never seen that before. Like a Clematis but with better leaves. Really pretty!

There are also several doubles, both in white and pink and even green. All very expensive here.
