Is Camelot foxglove really a perennial?

I always thought foxglove was biennial. I just bought a foxglove Dedalera Camelot at Lowe's. The tag says its perennial. Does anyone have experience with this plant? And, is it truly perennial? Long or short lived?

Biennial, though that improved cultivar is supposed to bloom well both years.
