Hello-

I was given this plant as a gift and told that it needed full sun and of course water. The gift giver didn't know much about the plant other than it wouldn't get much taller than this and to pinch the flowers when it starts to wilt and die. My only problem is that the bottom of the stems are starting to turn brown, but this only happened as of today. Too much water? Too much sun? Today in South Jersey we hit about 95 degrees or so.

Can anyone tell me what this plant is and what I should do in regards to care and its browning stems?
