| My Zagreb coreopsis needs deadheading as it is loving the summer heat evidently. I am just pinching off the dried bloom and wonder if I just throw it down on the soil will it propagate if kept moist? I usually sheer this plant back next month and I know how to separate the plant when I want more plants started. When I shear it back, is there any chance of me being able to propagate some of those branches if I were to strip the lower branches and use rootone? I haven't seen any plants at the garden centers this year but I've only been to two garden centers..HD's plants have been the pits this year. |
