| I'm not very good with plants. Was told the name in a different language but forgot what it was. Hoping someone here can help me identify what it is so I can look up care info for it.

| It is Oleander, one of the most poisonous ornamental plants |
|
| Yes I forgot about that little fact. I seem to remember reading people have actually died by burning the branches and cooking food over them. It's a pretty shrub however. Kevin |

| Glad I posted this as soon as I got it and thank you so much for your quick responses. I received a small cutting. pulled it out and chucked it in the trash as I have pets. The person that gave it to me didn't want it back. Thank you so much for your quick replies! |

| Oleanders are poisonous but they are very widely used in subtropical and desert climates around the world. There are literally millions of them out there. Many other common plants are poisonous like ivy, Rhododendrons and daffodils... |
