Oriental Lily 'Stargazer' or a very, very similar cultivar. Should smell really great there right now.

Stargazer I have points the buds upward, not downward.

and of course.. being a lily.. its a bulb..

not technically a perennial ...

you would look to buy bulbs in fall .. for planting.. for next year ...

in other words.. you can not save the seed and hope for more.. [well you can.. but it takes many years to grow bulbs from seed to flower.. and they wont end up looking like this one, most likely]
