Decided to make the garden along side my fence an all perennial garden.Took out all the annuals and old bulbs and added Daisy, dwarf Hollyhock,Gold Flame Honeysuckle and Coreopsis to the to the Liatris and Phlox that were already in it.Might add some Hyacinths for spring color.

Hee, yes, it looks bare....hard to resist adding more...but then I garden by the principle that bare ground is simply a place for weeds to grow. So...bare ground should be covered with leaves as quickly as possible.

It will beautiful when it fills out. The mulch looks nice ;) Hyacinths will be a nice addition too!

Picked up some Apricot Passion Hyacinths and some Puschkinia bulbs this week for the border and might pick up some botanical tulips so the garden will have color from spring to fall
