Sanguisorba- Which One??

Good Heavens!! Who knew there were THIS many sanguisorbas???! Way too many choices for me.

I have grown tanna and menzeisii in the past and they have disappeared over time. Now I have the variegated one in a bog bed and it seems happy but floppy.
Here's what I'm seeking:
--non-flopping stems 2-3'H
--largest/ most visual impact flower heads of dark plum to saturated maroon color
Opus Nursery in my region, offers Tanna, Red Thunder, Midnight's Child (their own intro) and menzeisii. Which should I order, in your experience? And any other advice on them? Thx so much!

I don't grow these plants so have no advice. That Midnight's Child would look nice in front of a light colored or variegated plant so the blooms stand out.
