Here is case for buying from Bluestone!

Enter C2DAYC373 for 15% off...knocked me down to a cheaper shipping charge!

I needed a White Blooming Daylily that blooms in August or later. 'Lime Frost'...only Bluestone had it that I could find. $10 for the plant after shipping isn't too bad.

I always to buy locally when possible, but absolutely have no problem buying a mail-order plant when I cannot find one. How was the size?

I'll post a pic when they arrive!

I'd agree I like to pick my own plants out. Typically you can get a 1 gallon pot for $12-$15.

I don't know what it is but I can't find too many varietes of daylily around here...maybe I'm not looking in the right places.

If you ever get out to south central WI (Madison area), I've heard from other gardeners that The Flower Factory has a lot of daylilies. Looking at their list, there are certainly more varieties than I've seen at the nurseries I usually frequent.

Here is a link that might be useful: flower factory daylily list

They are definitely on my wishlist. They are right by Stonewall nursery, which is supposed to be a good spot for conifers.

Thanks for the suggestion!
