Lantana

I have two different Lantana planted in the same soil, water, and sun conditions. One flowers yellow blossoms and the other a purple/blue blossom. The yellow blossom plants are thriving and the purple are barely hanging in there. In past years, the purple plants have done better and almost as well as the yellow ones but seems to get a little worse off each year? What might be going on and what can I do to help revive and bring to flourish the purple blossom plants? Are they potentially actually different species? Does the one have root problems that develop over years that would prevent it from flourishing the same way?

As well, both yellow and purple blossoming plants seem to be affected by a very small white fly insect. What would be a good non chemical way to bring that insect into control?
