Just curious if any plants or bulbs will come up through this ground cover?
Follow-Up Postings:

Yes, bulbs come through it no problem. It is sort of a loose mat which makes it possible for bulbs to poke up through it. A few weeds make it up through it as well, but that's about it.

in a decade or so.. it will no longer be a 'loose' mat.. it can also become so dense.. that water might not get successfully thru it.. to bulb depth.. for long term health of bulbs ... with those caveats.. knowledge.. go for it.. so what if in 5 years.. the bulbs fail ... one think to think about.. is what the yellowing bulb leaves will look like.. for half the summer.. might ruin that beautiful sliver foliage ... ken

I have lots of it too. What specifically are you worried about? It spreads like mad but it pulls out really easily. When it goes beyond its bounds I literally grab the foliage and just rip it up. That is also how I deadhead it. Sounds crazy but it works perfectly. I've had it for 10 years and it never does make a dense mat for me. It does make a continually-expanding loose mat though. I would not rate this plant as 'innocent' with the way it self-seeds, but it is still totally worth it. So don't worry! :)

That's a beautiful petunia. If you gotta have an overly pushy plant, at least it's a pretty one!
