tip it out of the pot..

if the roots are cooked ... it probably a goner..

if the roots look OK.. look very closely where it comes out of the media.. if there is some green.. MAYBE it has a chance .. jsut put it back in the pot... and water it ...

may i guess?? .. this pot was out in full sun ???? .. and its a rather small pot.. compared to the size of the plant???

I would put it in the ground, water and hope. Pot culture is much fiddlier and less forgiving than in-ground growing.

I agree with Flora. The roots would be much cooler in the ground.

If you don't want to take it out of the pot, plant the pot completely in the ground. I have done this many times to save the plant. When I dig up the pot later some have rooted into the soil, and you will sacrifice those roots, but save the plant. Al
