Hellebores - there are some flowers at the bottom on the boundary between the Brunnera and the darker hellebore leaves with more blooms centre left side and bottom right. All looking very healthy.

Yes, hellebores. I can see the old greening flowers beneath the foliage, too.

It does not look like Jack Frost AT ALL. My Looking Glass looks like this

Hmmm. This image popped up when I did an extensive search for Jack Frost...not sure what to say. I have recently purchased Jack Frost and Looking Glass. The Jack Frost has subtle veining and the Looking Glass is almost completely solid silver. Both very attractive.

Since one is a sport of the other, I would expect to find overlap, depending on growing conditions, etc. I've looked at many pics of both, and the difference is minute to downright nil in some photos.

Wieslaw is correct. The brunnera pictured is Looking Glass. I suspect the hellebores will soon eat it alive. In the picture, it looks like the gardener allowed the hellebores to self-sow, Lots of nice new babies (at least that's what these aging eyes see) but hellebores are large plants and need some room to develop.

Looking Glass is a mutation from Jack Frost alright, but the difference is not minute. Just google Jack Frost pictures and then Looking Glass pictures. It is impossible to confuse the one with the other(except where the pictures are downright wrong- happens a lot, people really do not know what they have)
