Which Sedum do you recommend for me?

I am planting a new large bed along our house and garage. I would like to include a Sedum variety that flowers in the fall (like perhaps Sedum Autumn Fire or similar). The site is south facing, full sun, clay-ish soil, reasonable wind protection.

some other companions in this bed will be Hydrangea little lime and hummingbird summersweet and Spirit of Cheyenne coneflower and aster frikartii.

I probably want something around 24" tall so it can go in front of the shrubs. Also I'm not crazy about the dusty color of Autumn Joy and don't necessarily love HUGE bloom heads. I certainly want to avoid flopping if I can and I do want to stay in the pink family.

any suggestions?

Thanks!
