Saw "Virgin" Echinacea at the nursery today and it knocked my socks off - flower form and color, much brighter/cleaner white than "White Swan". I now one one, of course... So, what's the verdict on this one? Do I need to go back and grab the remaining ones? Or does she have a chance at disappointing me?

All the standard form white blooming echs seem to do well for the most part. So if you like it more then white swan.... i say go for it.

mxk, I've been hoping someone responds. I did buy this a year or two back from Bluestone, and really loved it. I never got it planted out, though, and lost it over the winter in its little two-inch pot. I've been debating whether to try it again, so I was hoping someone with more experience with it woud chime in. It was a beautiful, crisp white bloom, with nice green centers, and the petals seemed to be more rigid than White Swan. I really did like it, and may give it another shot. Sorry I can't be of more help!
