Ligurian leafhopper

Well, at least that's what I think they are... it sounds exotic... but they are most definitely leafhoppers. They are white, diminutive, and they are sucking the sap out of my rosemary and nepeta to the point the leaves turn practically white. Any clever way to get rid of these useless pests without poisons? Do they have a natural enemy? Can I use a vacuum! Or will I have to get rid of the catmint and the rosemary? Grrrr. I guess I can always keep the plants looking shoddy. Double-grrr.

Try googling neem oil...

It's a natural pesticide. It has many uses. Great stuff!!
